These terms cover your use of parkclubapp.com. Park Club is operated by Yasmine Charrak in Boston, Massachusetts ("Park Club," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Park Club isn't open yet

Park Club is preparing a pilot and doesn't sell memberships yet. Joining the waitlist or sending a garage inquiry doesn't create a membership, a partnership or any obligation for you or for us. We may change, delay or decide not to launch the service.

Plans and pricing

The plans, credit amounts and prices shown on the site are drafts and may change before launch. Before you pay for anything, we'll ask you to agree to separate membership terms that cover billing, credits, rollover and cancellations.

Garage partners

The garages page describes how we intend pilots to work. Any partnership, including payment rates and schedules, will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Using the site

Please don't:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission;
• try to disrupt the site or get into systems or data you aren't meant to access;
• send automated or bulk submissions through our forms.

Our content

The Park Club name, logo, and our original text and design belong to us. You're welcome to view the site and share links to it, but please don't copy our branding or design for your own use without permission.

What you send us

When you send us information, you confirm that it's accurate and yours to share. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Massachusetts law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
