Privacy Policy

Park Club is a parking membership being built in Boston, Massachusetts. It is operated by Yasmine Charrak ("Park Club," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through parkclubapp.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address. Nothing else.
• Garage inquiry form: your name, the garage's name and address, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, a rough number of spaces, and anything you write in the message box.
• Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• Basic technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested (including the web address you visited) and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't collect

The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts. Our fonts are served from our own site, so your browser doesn't contact other companies when you visit.

How we use your information

• To reply to you.
• To tell waitlist members about the pilot and the launch of Park Club.
• To talk with garages about becoming partners.
• To keep the site working and protect it from abuse.

We only contact you about Park Club. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@parkclubapp.com.

We never sell your data

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Who helps us run the site

We use a small number of service providers. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Google Workspace provides our email.

Our forms don't store anything yet. If you'd like to join the waitlist or talk about your garage, please email us.

We may share information if the law requires it, for example to respond to a valid court order.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: until you ask us to remove yours, or until we decide not to launch Park Club.
• Garage inquiries: for as long as needed to discuss a partnership.
• Emails: kept in our Google Workspace mailboxes as long as needed to handle your request, and deleted along with your other records when you ask.
• Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@parkclubapp.com from the address you used, or tell us how to confirm it's you. We aim to reply within 30 days. When we delete your information, we delete it from our email. Copies may remain for a limited time in our providers' logs and backups, which we can't delete on demand.

Keeping it safe

Access to what you send us is limited to the people running Park Club. Our service providers may access it only as needed to provide their services. We use providers with established security practices. No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you where the law requires it.

Children

Park Club is for drivers, and the site is not meant for children under 13. If we learn that we have information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll also email the waitlist, if we have one, before it takes effect.
